Creative Knitting July 2011 Highlights
The July issue of Creative Knitting magazine is finally here, and I’m especially excited to share this issue with you because it marks my debut as editor.
Just a few short months ago, I shared a behind the scenes sneak peek of the making of this issue. To see how much fun we had during the photo shoot, you can read the full article again here.
On the cover, is the easy to wear, hard to resist Pebble Beach tunic designed by Meghan Jones, made with Corntastic by Kollage. This is truly one of those versatile pieces because you can easily dress it up, dress it down, or even layer it for cooler summer evenings. This yarn has such a soft hand, it’s lightweight, and drapes gracefully, making it the obvious choice for this fabulous summer tunic.
In the July issue of Creative Knitting, a handful of the projects are made with alternative, natural fibers such as organic cotton, repurposed wool and even yarn made out of old blue jeans!
I think you’ll be impressed by this stunning collection of 31 designs!
