Change of Season
Spring is my favorite season, and I know I'm not alone. Trees are bursting with new life, bushes are exploding with color, and gardens are filled with buds waiting to bloom. This year they are already blooming two weeks early. We have a fabulous crop of lily of the valley, and our azalea finally blossomed on more than half its limbs.
All this great color and the anticipation of warm weather makes me want to drop my current works-in-progress and knit something for the upcoming summer season, such as the Sleek & Stylish Sleeveless Top by Cecily Glowik MacDonald that's featured as the free pattern in this issue. So I took my garden snapshots to my stash for inspiration. What do you think?
