From Our Readers

I love the variety of patterns you provide. Some knitting magazines show mainly knitting patterns for women, with just an occasional men's item, and even rarer items for children, babies and the home. Though I love knitting for myself, I usually like to be able to provide gifts for others. Keep up the good work.

I have been very pleased with the magazine so far and look forward to each issue. Each issue contains at least several items that I will make. I really like the fact that there is a nice variety of styles.

I love the magazine and am very happy with my subscription. I also like the diversity in patterns and the fact that it has something besides easy patterns. I like the challenge.

It is my favorite knitting magazine.

I really enjoy Creative Knitting. I have six grandchildren and can usually find more to knit for them than I have time for!

I really enjoy my subscription to Creative Knitting. The projects are a mix of easy to expert, which is nice.

I am a new knitter. I learn something new with each magazine in addition to all the great patterns. I am saving some projects to use as my skills advance, especially the sweaters. Thanks for the challenge.

I am so excited when I receive your magazine. I literally plan a time to sit down with a cup of tea and slowly turn the pages. It is always chalk full of beautiful patterns and what I really like is that the sizes include mature women. I am so impressed with your magazine that I have given a year subscription to knitting buddies for Christmas gifts.

I have been knitting for almost 50 years and teaching for about 7. Praise and thanks to Eugenia Murray for sharing her solution of how to deal with those bothersome yarn tails. I just love it when I come across something that is innovative, practical and doesn't cost a penny. The bread bag closures work beautifully. I will pass this great idea onto my students. I predict that Ms. Murray's bread bag closures will become all the rage in the knitting world!

I was going to let my subscription lapse for Creative Knitting and then I received my last issue, the January 2008 issue. It was loaded with projects that I wanted to knit. Then it occurred to me that out of all of the knitting magazines I subscribe to (about 5), Creative Knitting is the only one I have actually knit from. I am going to renew. Keep those great patterns coming and I can't wait to start the top down sweater. That is something I have been wanting to try for a while.
