After you knit this lovely set of dainty, lace-covered satin sachets for yourself, you'll want to knit several to give as gifts

Materials
- Knitting/crochet cotton* (218 yds per skein): 1/2 skein white
- Set of 5 size 1 (2.25mm) double-pointed needles or size needed to obtain gauge
- Size 5 steel crochet hook
- Sewing needle and thread to match fabric color
- Polyester fiberfill
- Potpourri oil in desired scent
*Sample projects were completed with Brilliant Knitting/Crochet Cotton from DMC.
Gauge
28 sts and 30 rows = 4"/10cm

The materials above are needed for each pillow; additional materials needed are given with each.
Charts show only even-numbered rnds; k all odd-numbered rnds.
Tulip Pillow
Finished Measurement
Approximately 9" square
Materials
- Approximately 10" x 20" piece of pink satin or moiré fabric
- 5 light pink ribbon roses
Lace
CO 12 sts and divide them among 4 ndls.
Rnd 1 and rem odd-numbered rnds: Knit.
Rnds 2-50: Work in patt from Chart A, do not BO.
Finishing
With crochet hook, *ch 5, insert hook through 4 sts at once, sc, rep from * around. Fasten off.
Fold fabric in half with right sides tog. Sew 2 sides to make a bag; turn RS out. Stuff with fiberfill, sprinkling potpourri oil on fill if desired; hand-stitch last side closed. Sew ribbon roses on lace as shown in photo; sew lace on fabric.

- Light blue ribbon rose
Lace
CO 12 sts and divide them among 4 ndls.
Rnd 1 and rem odd-numbered rnds: Knit.
Rnds 2-28: Work in patt from Chart B, do not BO.
Finishing
With crochet hook, *ch 5, insert hook through 4 sts at once, sc, rep from * around. Fasten off.

Row 1 (RS): P2, k2tog, *k2, p2, yo, k1, yo, p2, k2, k3tog, rep from *, end last rep ssk, p2.
Row 2 and rem even-numbered rows: K the knit sts, p the purl sts and yos.
Row 3: P2, k2tog, *k1, p2, yo, k3, yo, p2, k1, k3tog, rep from *, end last rep ssk, p2.
Row 5: P2, k2tog, *p2, yo, k5, yo, p2, k3tog, rep from *, end last rep ssk, p2.
Row 7: P2, *k1, yo, p2, k2, k3tog, k2, p2, yo, rep from *, end k1, p2.
Row 9: P2, *k2, yo, p2, k1, k3tog, k1, p2, yo, k1, rep from *, end k1, p2.

Rep Rows 1-12 for patt.
Lace
CO 41 sts.
Row 1: Purl.
Row 2: Knit.
Rows 3-50: Rep Rows 1-12 of Lace Leaf.
Rows 51 & 52: Rep Rows 1 and 2.
BO all sts.
Finishing
Fold fabric in half with right sides tog. Sew 2 sides to make a bag turn RS out. Stuff with fiberfill, sprinkling potpourri oil on fill if desired; hand-stitch last side closed. Sew ribbon rose in center of lace as shown in photo; sew lace on fabric. Optional: Sew string of 3mm pearls around edges of pillow.
