Behind the cash register is another area adorned with a colorful quilt, beckoning knitters to gather around the large table surrounded with inviting chairs. This is the site of the shop's classes, as well as where help is administered as needed. It was here that five knitters sat to knit the little Santa sample pattern the shop offered to participants the day of the open house. A chandelier added a touch of elegance as well as the good lighting necessary for knitting, and silver globes were just the right accent for the holidays! The swift and yarn winder were busily spinning all day, winding hanks of yarn into balls for easy knitting.
