Last week I was on vacation in beautiful Cape Cod, Mass., where I created a short little “tutorial by the beach.” The inspiring sound of the ocean waves inspired me to show you how to work the super-easy Fisherman’s Rib knitting stitch pattern. If you haven’t tried it yet I suggest you give it a try. It’s reversible and has many practical uses. So grab some needles, and let’s cast on to learn this exciting stitch pattern!
Fisherman’s Rib Pattern:
Multiple of 2 sts.
Foundation Row: (WS) Purl.
Row 1: *P1, insert needle into the next st on the row below and knit it, letting the st on the needle drop and unravel. Rep from * to last 2 sts, p2. Rep this row for patt.
Have fun and enjoy!
